I have over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, and 12 years as a doula and Calmbirth® educator and am looking forward to working in Albert Park and surrounds.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. Remedial massage holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort as far as possible, helping both the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms.
Birth Support
A doula's main role is to encourage self-confidence in women who are giving birth. A doula does this by providing non-medical emotional and physical support.
Calmbirth Classes
Birth is a natural process that should be experienced fearlessly, calmly and with confidence.
Calmbirth teaches pregnant mothers, fathers or birthing campanions the skills to accomplish such an experience.
As per usual, this week's massage with Kathy addressed all the little niggles in my body, as well as ongoing back issues. She has magic hands that seek out all the problem bits, without me even having to point them out. I won't go to anyone else because I know I'll be disappointed. Such delightful company too.
